The reviews on our website show customers’ experiences with our services (such as delivery or customer service) or with the product they purchased.
After placing an order, customers automatically receive an invitation by email to write a review about their experience or the product. This invitation is sent to the email address used to place the order.
People who are not customers cannot leave a review. When writing a review, we ask for an order number. This order number is unique and can be linked to an actual order. This ensures that all reviews come from genuine customers.
When we work with an external party to collect and/or publish reviews, we check whether this party has measures in place to identify and remove fake reviews.
We treat positive and negative reviews as equally as possible. If we receive negative feedback, we first contact the customer to resolve the issue together. We may then ask the customer to update or add to their review — of course, this is entirely optional.
