We can only refund the full purchase amount if you comply with the following return conditions:

Items must be unworn and have the original labels and tags attached. Of course, trying items on is allowed! Items must be returned in their undamaged and original packaging.
Register your return within 14 days of receiving your order and return the item within 14 days of registering your return. After registering your return, we will send you a return label.
Would you like to return your item using your own return label? Please always inform our customer service, so we can keep track of your return and process it correctly. You can find the return address on the shipping label on the outside of the bag or box you received from us.
We charge a small contribution of €3.95 per return package.
Shoes must be returned with the accompanying, undamaged shoebox. The shoebox may not be used as a shipping box. You can use the Winkelstraat.nl packaging or another sturdy box or package for this purpose.
When returning perfume and/or a mystery Labubu with a broken seal, a (full) reduction in value may be charged. You are only liable for any reduction in value of the item if this is the result of handling the item beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
Unfortunately, swimwear and/or underwear without a hygiene label cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Consequences of not complying with the return conditions
If the returned item has decreased in value, we may decide to refund only part of the amount or not refund the amount at all. An item is considered to have decreased in value if, upon return, it is found to be damaged, the original brand or price tags are no longer attached to the item where reasonably possible, or it is clear that the item has been worn or washed.
