As soon as your return has been received by the boutique, you will receive a confirmation from us by email.
We will refund you as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days from the moment we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the purchase.
However, we may wait with the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first. You will also receive an email confirming the refund.
The refund method depends on how you paid for your product.
If you paid via iDEAL, the purchase amount will be refunded to the bank account used to pay for your order. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited back to your credit card.
If you paid via Klarna, the amount for the products you returned will be deducted from the total amount due. Please note: if the payment due date has already passed, you must pay the full invoice to avoid additional charges. Any amount you have overpaid will be refunded to your account once the return has been received.
