Our promises at a glance:
14-day return period after receiving your product. After registering your return, send it back within 14 days.
Want your money back? We will refund you as quickly as possible, and no later than 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the purchase. However, we may wait with the refund until we have received and inspected the products.
We charge a small contribution of €3.95 per package towards the return shipping costs.
Of course, you can also choose to return the products independently and/or using another carrier. In that case, the costs are your responsibility.

Please note❗ If you have ordered multiple items, they may come from different boutiques. Make sure that the correct item is returned with the correct label. If you return an item to the wrong boutique, unfortunately, your return cannot be processed. If you are missing any labels, please feel free to contact us.
Good to know! We do not automatically include a return label in the package. Instead, we ask you to print the return label yourself. This helps us save dozens of trees each year and do our bit for the environment.
After registering your return, you will immediately receive all the instructions and a shipping label from us.
Attach the return label to the box and drop off your package at a carrier drop-off point. This can be a DHL ServicePoint or a UPS Access Point near you.
Of course, you can also return the products using another carrier or in another way. In that case, the costs and risk are your responsibility.
